I coach leaders who know their strengths and do amazing things!

Extroversion is "the People Trait."

Outgoing, friendly, persuasive, empathetic, enthusiastic, optimistic, team-oriented, verbal communicators

When High Extroversion leaders communicate, they tend to:

When communicating with a High Extroversion leader:

 High Extroversion leaders like:

·       an audience

·       to be liked

·       brainstorming
